Western Australian Institute for Educational Research 23rd Annual Research Forum at Edith Cowan University, 2 Bradford Street, Mt Lawley 9.30 am - 4.30 pm, Saturday 9 August Forum 2008: Abstract Submission

Requirements for the Abstract

• Title of presentation
• Authors of presentation - if more than one author indicate who will attend the Forum
• Name of institution
• Email address or contact details
• Special requirements, e.g. data projector, OHP, whiteboard (NB: If you do not indicate this on your abstract a data projector may not be available. Computers are not provided - users of data projectors need to bring their own laptops, including special adapters if required)
• Maximum 200 words
• Three key words, e.g. research methodology, QTP project, post-compulsory, Aboriginal education, international education, boys education, girls and ICT, etc.

All abstracts must be submitted by email to rjatkinson@bigpond.com and must be sent as plain text in the body of the email message. Please do not send as an attached file. Abstracts will be printed in the WAIER Forum Program and be posted on this web site.

Acceptance for presentation at the Forum requires that the author, or at least the first author in the case of multi-author presentations, be registered - please see [ Forum Registration ].

WAIER encourages presenters to submit full written papers for post-Forum publication on the Forum Proceedings website. If you are interested in this option, please see [Advice to Authors] for details, including formatting, deadlines and submission method. Full written papers for the Proceedings may also be considered for peer review and publication in our journal Issues in Educational Research.
