Fellowship 2011 - Dr Susan Beltman

Dr Susan Beltman did her Master of Education and PhD at Murdoch University, and has a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Dip Ed from the University of Western Australia. Sue is now with the School of Education at Curtin University's Bentley Campus, where during the past 6 years she has lectured in educational psychology and served as the First Year Experience Coordinator.

Sue joined WAIER in 1994 and has been a Member of the Executive since 1998 - holding the positions of Secretary and Vice-President with great efficiency and reliability. She has also played a major role in organising our Annual Research Forums and Research Seminars.

Sue has not only contributed to the role of WAIER within the broader research community but she acknowledges WAIER's role, and its colleagues, in supporting her growth as a researcher and its contributions to the broader research community. Sue has conducted research, presented at conferences and written numerous publications in (but not limited to) the following areas:
