Clare McBeath Dip T, BA (Adelaide), MA(Ed) (Southhampton), PhD (Curtin), active in WAIER since 1986 and a WAIER Fellow since 2008, is publisher and Co-editor for IIER. Roger Atkinson Bsc (Agric) Hons, PhD (UWA) retired mid-2001 from Murdoch University after 22 years service in the External Studies Unit and its successors. Associate Professor Gary Partington

Gary is Director of the Centre for Indigenous Australian Knowledge at Edith Cowan University. His work has seen him win in excess of a million dollars in grants to research and project manage studies in Indigenous education. He served on WAIER's executive for almost 15 years. Associate Professor Andrew Taggart

Andrew is Associate Professor and Director Research and Higher Degrees at the School of Education, Edith Cowan University. He joined WAIER in the late 1980s and served on the executive for over 10 years. Andrew has produced numerous publications and informed a range of high level committees on the direction and progressive development of physical education courses throughout Australia.
